ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT'S PUBLIC PROCUREMENT FOR 2020
The total funds allocated to the department for 2020 under the budget plan amounted to 13 000 050 tenge and it was established that the implementation of the allocated x funds was fully utilized for the following specifics: salary of civil servants, compensation of civil servants health, social tax of civil servants, social deduction, medical insurance, salary of technical workers, social tax, social deduction, medical insurance, purchase of fuel and lubricants, household / goods, stationery, heating,electricity, telephone, Internet access, payment of the Lotus notus base, payment services technical service, accounting, refill cartridge and repair kampyutery do, making stands, a Billboard for travel and the purchase of auto parts as well as protocols on the outcome of the state purchases by way from one source and method of the contest are posted on the web portal of state procurements. The published information is available for review to all interested parties free of charge.
The state Institution "Department of Land Relations of the Alakol District" is guided by the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 1, 2020 No. 301" On Approval of the Rules for the provision of Public Services in the field of land relations " provides the following public services:
- Standard of the state service " Approval of land management projects for the formation of land plots"

The term of rendering the state service is 4 (four) working days.

The result of the provision of public services - an order on the approval of a land management project for the formation of a land plot, or a reasoned one
To receive the state service " Approval of land management projects for the formation of land plots ", 433 applications from individuals and legal entities were registered in the department, all applications were received and executed in electronic form, in a timely and high-quality manner without disruption of deadlines.
Violations of deadlines and complaints regarding the provision of public services have not been established.

The term of rendering the state service is 5 (five) working days.
The form of public service provision is Electronic and (or) paper.
The result of the provision of a public service is the decision of the service provider to grant the right of private ownership of the land plot, or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide a public service.
According to the contract for the sale of the land plot to private ownership at a time or in installments, 45 contracts were concluded, all applications were received in paper form.
Violations of deadlines and complaints regarding the provision of public services have not been established.
In accordance with the approved annual work plan of the department dated January 28, 2020, within the specified period, the annual land balance of the district was approved by the resolution of the Akimat of the Alakol district dated November 13, 2020 No. 316 and agreed with the Department of Land Relations of the Almaty region.
On the basis of the decree of the Akimat of the Alakol district No. 130 dated May 14, 2020, to meet the needs of the population in pasture lands for grazing farm animals of the personal farmstead in the Alakol district, free pasture lands with a total area of 46,039 hectares of land are reserved .
Weekly on Tuesdays in the building of the district akiamat, a meeting of the district land commission is held and documents on land issues are prepared. Also, the members of the commission are given explanatory work on the land issues that have arisen and the results of each past meeting are recorded. In the second half of 2020 (within 6 (six) months), 402 appeals were registered on land issues (obtaining a permit for survey work, changing the purpose, housing maintenance, maintaining a personal subsidiary farm, maintaining a peasant farm, establishing a public easement), of which 3 appeals were not satisfied, 399 appeals were satisfied and received a positive conclusion.
In the Department for the 2nd half of 2020 (for 6 (six) months), there was 134 appeals from individuals and legal entities about the members of the farm, and that the land Paia is moved /not moved to the land Fund of the district, adopted the Declaration is entered in the database, Lotus, all statements was answered in accordance with the law, strictly complied with the terms of execution of statements.
