In accordance with the Register of the state services, approved by Government Decision No. 983 dated 18.09.2013 structural departments of the district akimat and akim's apparatus of villages, rural districts have 103 other public services.
On a free basis – 84 and (or) on a paid basis-8, on a paid/free basis-8 public services are provided;
16 public services are provided in paper format and (or) 43 in paper/electronic format (full information about the public services provided and service providers is available on the website in the section "Public Services"). In electronic – 25.
Working with recipient services
The procedure for the provision of public services is defined in the standards of public services.
Standards of public services are posted in the locations of service providers (in state agencies), on Internet resources, in public service centers and in the media.
The number of explanatory events held to improve the quality of public services-84 (protocol instructions, meetings, round tables, training seminars-57, videos on popularization-14. the number of articles published – 20, the number of navostny videos-2).
In order to improve the skills of employees providing public services, courses were held in the branch of the State Enterprise "Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the Almaty region. The number of persons who have completed advanced training courses in the provision of public services is 9 employees.
Control over the quality of public services.
According to the results of internal control over the quality of public services in 2020:

According to the order of the Minister of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2016 No. 78, Rules of State control over the quality of public services, the plan of measures for internal control of the Alakolsky district division was approved.
The number of objects of control measures, in total-18. 7 violations were revealed, including:
1) "Apparatus of akim of Kabanbai rural district" - 2 facts:
- Provision of public services by requesting documents that can be obtained from INFORMATION SYSTEMS, of which – 2 fact.
2) "Apparatus of the akim of Beskolsky rural district" - 1 facts.
- Provision of public services by requesting documents – 1 fact.
3) State Department of Education Providing public services by requesting documents that can be obtained from INFORMATION SYSTEMS, of which – 4 fact.
Issues related to the quality of public services were repeatedly discussed at meetings with akims of rural districts and heads of structural divisions.
