- In accordance with the order of the Minister of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 1, 2020 No. 301 on the provision of the state service" approval of land management projects for the formation of land plots "through the portal" e-license", 720 applications were registered in electronic form in the Department and promptly executed in accordance with the law.
- To ensure timely consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities:
Documents on land issues (survey work, establishment of a public easement, change of purpose, maintenance of housing, maintenance of a personal subsidiary farm) were prepared for the meeting of the district land Commission on a weekly basis on Tuesday.
- The number of registered and executed requests for incoming document flow in the Department was-1351, including:
1) 845-from individuals;
2) 506-registered and executed in electronic and paper form from legal entities.
In order to improve the quality of public services provided in the Department, during the organization of events, together with specialists of the Alakolsky district Department for land cadastre and real estate of the branch of the non-profit joint stock company "State Corporation" Government for citizens" in the Almaty region, a round table was held to discuss the order of the Minister of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 1, 2020 No. 301" on approval of the Rules for the provision of public services in the field of land relations, consideration of appeals on the basis Of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 N 221 "on the procedure for consideration of appeals of individuals and legal entities".
The received appeals of individuals and legal entities on land issues are included in the "Lotus" program and executed in accordance with the deadlines.
