In accordance with the Register of the state services, approved by Government Decision No. 983 dated 18.09.2013 structural departments of the district akimat and akim's apparatus of villages, rural districts have 103 other public services.

Working with recipient services
The procedure for providing public services is defined in the standards of public services.
Standards of public services are posted in the locations of service providers (in government agencies), on Internet resources, in public service centers, and in the media.

In order to improve the skills of employees providing public services, courses were held in the branch of the RSE "Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the Almaty region. The number of persons who have completed advanced training courses in the provision of public services - 2 employees.
Control over the quality of public services.
According to the results of internal control over the quality of public services in 2020:

According to the order of the Minister of civil service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 2016 No. 78, Rules of state control over the quality of public services, the plan of measures for internal control of the Alakol district subdivision was approved.
The number of objects of control measures, in total – 6. 3 violations were detected, including:
1) "Apparatus of akim of Kabanbay rural district" - 2 facts:
- Provision of public services by requesting documents that can be obtained from INFORMATION SYSTEMS, of which – 2 facts.
2) "Apparatus of the mayor of Beskolsky rural district" - 1 facts.
- Provision of public services by requesting documents - 1 fact.
Questions on the quality of public services were repeatedly discussed at meetings with the mayors of villages, rural districts and heads of structural divisions.
