In general, in 2020, 0.2500 hectares were alienated to the state from Granitogorsk village of Merken district, 8.9852 hectares from Intergas Central Asia Joint Stock Company of T. ryskulov district under the investment program for 2016-2021, and 22.3847 hectares from Taraz social and entrepreneurial Corporation National Company JSC for the needs of the state. A land plot may be forcibly alienated for state needs in exceptional cases, with the consent of the owner or non-state land user, when the equal value of the property is compensated, or by a court decision.
