Born on September 26, 1980 in Pioneer Village, Zhambyl district, Zhambyl region.
In 2002, he graduated from Taraz State University named after M. H. Dulati with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Карьера

He started his career in 2005 as a leading specialist military accountant in the Office of the Akim of Kyzyl zhuldyz rural district.
2008-2012 Chief Specialist of the Department of personnel and state-legal work of the Office of the Akim of Zhambyl district,
2012-head of the organizational and Inspection Department of the Office of the Akim of Zhambyl district,
2012-2013-head of the personnel work Department of the Office of the Akim of Zhambyl district,
2013-2016-head of the organizational and Inspection Department of the Office of the Akim of Zhambyl district,
In 2016-2018, akim of Pionersky rural district,
In 2018-2022, he held the position of Akim of Karasu rural district.
From April 2022 to the present, he has been the chief of Staff of the Akim of Zhambyl district.
