- Organizes charity events for socially vulnerable segments of the population. - Prepares and submits to the district employment center the documents of citizens who have arrived for public works, for work in youth practice. - Organizes and ensures the performance of social assistance and the appointment of targeted social assistance to the population of the rural district. - Organizes and conducts the work of the commission for the appointment of state targeted social assistance. -According to the appeals of citizens who have applied for targeted social assistance, an act of examination of their material well-being is drawn up, documents are formed, submitted by the precinct commission for consideration and, based on the conclusion of the commission, transferred to the district employment department. - Deals with issues of gender policy and demography; - Maintains contact with healthcare institutions.
