The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Akimat of Zhambyl region in accordance with the register of public services approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020 No. 39/NK (registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 5, 2020 No. 19982), 10 (ten) public services. Of these, 9 (nine) types of public services according to the register are provided only in electronic form. In particular:
1. Issuance of an environmental impact permit for Category II facilities;
2. Issuance of conclusions of the state environmental expertise carried out by local executive bodies;
3. Issuance of permits for the use of wildlife (Hunting, research fishing, reclamation fishing, fishing for reproductive purposes, The use of animals for scientific, cultural, educational, aesthetic purposes, as well as for the prevention of epizootics, the use of animal species for reproductive purposes);
4. Issuance of a permit for the development of mineral deposits;
5. Issuing a conclusion on the absence or insignificance of minerals in the subsoil under the site of the upcoming development;
6. Registration of the contract of pledge of the right of subsurface use for exploration, extraction of common minerals
7. Issuance of a logging and forestry ticket;
8. Issuance of a prospecting license;
9. Reimbursement of expenses for planting and growing plantations of fast-growing tree and shrub species, creation and development of private forest nurseries;
10. Issuance of permits for the use of fish resources and other aquatic animals (Fishing (commercial, amateur (sports), scientific research fishing, reclamation fishing, reproductive fishing), (The use of animals for scientific, cultural, educational, educational, aesthetic purposes, as well as for the prevention of epizootics).
9 of these types of services are provided by management, and the public service ”The issue of a logging and forest ticket " is provided by 15 subordinate forestry agencies located in the districts.
