On the portal Business.enbek.kz (hereinafter referred to as the Portal) from April 8, 2024 to April 19, 2024, applications for 1 stream of grants for the implementation of new business ideas will begin to be accepted.
Grants are provided free of charge, the purpose is to launch and develop a new business.
The grant amount is provided on a competitive basis up to 400 MCI (1,476,800 tenge). Each participant can receive it only once.
In this case, the applicant must belong to one of the following social categories:
1) recipients of targeted social assistance;
2) recipients of the monthly state allowance for large families with four or more minor children living together, including full-time students;
3) recipients of social benefits in case of loss of breadwinner;
4) migrants;
5) candace;
6) persons with disabilities who have no contraindications to work;
7) persons raising a child with a disability.
The applicant must have a certificate of training in the basics of entrepreneurship under the Bastau Business project with a period of no more than 3 years.
To apply, you must:
register on the Portal;
to be checked for compliance with the conditions for obtaining a grant;
download the business plan template, fill it out and upload it to the Portal;
fill out the application form and sign with the EDS key.

On March 14, 2024, the head of the department of social assistance at home, Ybbray B.B., and a social worker for assessing and determining the need for special social services, Maysataeva D.E., checked a working meeting with social workers for the care of the elderly and persons with disabilities of Presnovsky village.
The problematic issues of the provision of special social services are considered. A conversation was also held on the Standard of providing special social services.
On February 05, 2024, the head of the department of social assistance at home, Ybbray B.B., and a social worker for assessing and determining the need for special social services, Maysataeva D.E., visited the recipients of Presnovsky rural district to check the quality of the provision of special social services at home by social workers caring for the elderly and persons with disabilities.
On March 6 of this year, the head of the department of social assistance at home, Tulumbaeva Z. M., held a working meeting with social workers of the Blagoveshchensk village.
During the meeting, problematic issues related to the provision of services were considered. Zaure Madieva also held a conversation with social workers on the Standard of providing special social services.
