The provision of public services in the field of land relations by the municipal state institution" Office of Akim of the oital rural district of merken district " in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 1, 2020 No. 301 provides the following public services in the field of land relations:
Rules for the provision of the state service "extension of the lease term of a land plot";
Rules for the provision of the State Service "issuing a decision to change the purpose of the land plot";
Rules for the provision of the state service" acquisition of rights to state-owned land plots that do not require bidding (contests, auctions)";
Rules for the provision of the State Service "sale of a land plot in private ownership with immediate payment or in installments" ;
Rules for the provision of the state service" placing a land plot on the waiting list";
The rendered public services are provided in electronic and paper form through the Integrated Information System" e-licensing " and the public service center (IAS PSC).
For the purpose of accessibility and informing the population about the provision of Public Services, stands with visual information are placed in the state institution (rules, samples of applications, etc.). The possibilities of obtaining the necessary public services are simplified and are carried out in accordance with the terms specified in the law.
