he Unified Accumulative Pension Fund has a well-developed regional network, but due to the impressive territory of Kazakhstan, it is simply impossible to establish UAPF service offices in every remote area or locality. In this regard, the project "Mobile Office"has been working in the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund for the third year. This is a modern minibus, which is equipped with everything necessary to serve depositors (recipients), including modern means of satellite communication.
It should be noted that residents of remote localities can receive the same services in the "Mobile Office" as in the UAPF branches, in particular, get an account statement or apply for the transfer of pension savings to an insurance company, open an individual pension account for voluntary pension contributions, change the way of informing and much more.
The mobile office serves remote settlements in Akmola, Aktobe, Almaty, Atyrau, Zhambyl, Karaganda, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Pavlodar and North Kazakhstan regions.
Since 2021, the UAPF has covered remote settlements of East Kazakhstan, West Kazakhstan and Turkestan regions with mobile offices.
We remind you that the mobile office visits to the districts are carried out according to a pre-planned schedule, and all routes are coordinated with the local executive bodies, which, in turn, notify residents of the arrival of the "Mobile Office".
By the order of the Akim of the Zhambyl region, Aitkazy Karabalaev was appointed head of the Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Zhambyl region.
A round table on the prevention of corruption with the participation of employees was held at the Office of State Architectural and Construction Control of the Akimat of Zhambyl Oblast. At the round table discussion, the results of anti-corruption, its prevention, and an internal analysis of corruption risks conducted by the administration were discussed.
In addition, at the meeting, the executive head of the department reminded employees of the performance of their duties, the need to combat corruption in work and beyond, strict compliance with the requirements of the Code of Ethics and legislation on public service.
