On approval of the rules for the provision of public services in the field of issuing licenses in architectural, urban planning and construction activities and on amendments and additions to some orders of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The order of the acting Of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructural Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 1, 2020 No. 175. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 1, 2020 No. 20267
In accordance with Article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "On Public Services", I ORDER:
Approve:
1) the rules for the provision of the public service "Issue of a license for survey activity", in accordance with Appendix 1 to this order;
2) the rules for the provision of the public service "Issue of a license for project activities", in accordance with Appendix 2 to this order;
3) the rules for the provision of the public service "Issue of a license for construction and installation works", in accordance with Appendix 3 to this order.
To approve the attached list of some orders of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which are amended and supplemented, in accordance with Appendix 4 to this order.
The Committee for Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the manner prescribed by law, shall ensure:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the placement of this order on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The control over the execution of this order shall be assigned to the supervising vice minister of industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the day its first official publication.
