1. Log in to your personal account on the portal еgov.kz . Your contacts are listed in the upper right corner. Select edit. Next, enter the code received to the new number. Confirm the request with an EDS.
The phone number will automatically change in your personal account and BMG.
2. Make a video call to the virtual assistant. Its tab is located on the main page of the portal. Tell the operator your IIN and the new number to which you want to receive an SMS notification.
After successful registration, the operator will send a message about the number replacement.
