Information about the training for election organizers on the topic "Electoral process in the Republic of Kazakhstan: theory and practice"
On June 24 of this year, a training session on the topic "Electoral process in the Republic of Kazakhstan: theory and practice" was organized and conducted in the building of the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Zhambyl region for 24 released and 7 not released members of the Zhambyl regional, district (city) territorial election commissions.
The training was opened by the chairman of the Zhambyl regional election Commission Aidapkelov Sergali Omirzakovich.
In addition, Director of the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Zhambyl region Sadyrkulov Rauan Nurgalievich wished the participants of the training good luck and expressed readiness for further joint work.
In accordance with the training plan, in the first part of the training, lectures were given on the topics "Improving the training system for election organizers and participants", Chairman of the Taraz city Election Commission Askarbekov Aryn Ilyasovich, "Organizational aspects of the preparation and conduct of election campaigns in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Chairman of the election commission of the district T.Ryskulova Tlepov Manarbek Amreevich, "Elections of rural akims in in the context of regional development" Chairman of the Sarysu district election commission Shortanbayev Dauletberdy Amangeldievich.
The second part of the training continued with the analysis of the practical case. Two groups showed a business game. Experts analyzed what happened in the cases.
Following the results of the training, the participants expressed their opinions and shared what was in practice during the elections/referendum. In the future, it was proposed to include more training through business games in the curriculum.
