If you are getting married for the first time and you do not have a child, you can send an electronic application for marriage registration using the online services of the e-government portal. To do this, you must have EDS for both candidates and use them Gov.kz register on the portal. This method is convenient, for example, if you, as a future couple, are not in the same city or for other reasons can not come to the civil registry office together.
