1. The online service for verifying information at the place of registration of citizens on the e-government portal (hereinafter referred to as the online service) is used by members of the precinct referendum commissions when citizens apply if they are not included in the lists of citizens entitled to participate in the republican referendum submitted by local executive bodies.
2. A citizen who has permanent registration at the place of residence within the boundaries of the referendum precinct, in case of not finding himself in the list of citizens entitled to participate in the republican referendum, has the right to apply to the precinct commission with a written application for inclusion in the list indicating consent to the use of his personal data in the form according to the appendix to this algorithm.
3. A member of the precinct referendum commission, on the basis of a written application of a citizen, checks through the online service information about his registration at the place of residence.
4. Upon confirmation on the page of the online service of information on permanent registration at the applicant's place of residence on the territory within the boundaries of the relevant referendum precinct, the precinct commission decides to include him in the list of citizens entitled to participate in the republican referendum.
5. In case of non-confirmation of information about the permanent registration of the applicant at the place of residence within the boundaries of the referendum precinct, the precinct commission makes a reasoned decision to refuse inclusion in the list of citizens entitled to participate in the republican referendum and issues the applicant a copy of it.
