About the sale of land plots at auctions (auctions)
According to Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 15, 2021 "On approval of the Rules for organizing and conducting auctions (tenders, auctions) for the sale of land plots or the right to lease land plots in electronic form on the web portal of the Register of State Property" No. 297, the resolution of the Akimat of Kordai district was adopted "On approval of the list of land plots sold at auction (auctions)" dated April 29, 2022 No. 200. On the basis of this resolution, on June 28, 2022, at 10:00 am, an electronic auction will be held for the sale of land plots into private ownership for 10 (ten) lots of the list below.
