On May 11, 2022, an expanded meeting of the Zhambyl region referendum commission was held. The expanded meeting was attended by the head of the Department of Internal Policy of the region – A. Sadubayev; assistant to the akim of the region - M.Maten; Deputy Prosecutor of Zhambyl region - N.Ulasbekovich; head of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological control of the region - B.Shynaliev; members of the regional referendum commission (regional election commission), chairmen of the territorial referendum commission (district election commission) and deputy akims of districts and cities, heads of offices.
The following reports were presented at the meeting of the commission:
On the organizational aspects of the preparation and conduct of the republican referendum scheduled for June 5, 2022; On the organization of training of participants of the republican referendum; On campaigning before the republican referendum scheduled for June 5, 2022; On creating conditions for citizens with disabilities during the republican referendum on June 5, 2022; On some issues of the activities of observers of foreign states, international organizations, representatives of foreign mass media during the republican referendum on June 5, 2022; On measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus infection during campaigning before the republican referendum
At the end of the meeting, the participants were given specific answers to the questions posed.
