Summary report on the provision of public services for 12 months of 2021

Based on the results of 12 months of 2021, local executive bodies of the district akimat provided 26,544 (26,339) services through the e-Government web portal, the E-licensing information system, and information systems of service providers.

Including:

- in electronic format - 6,707 (8,347) or 25.6%;

• in paper format - 2,501 (4,256) or 9.4%;
• - alternatively - 3458 (3 177) or 13.0%;
• - in electronic form through the information systems of public service providers - 8,612 (2,254) or 32.4%.
• - through the e-government web portal or the E-licensing information system - 702 (2,688) or 2.6%;
• - through the State Corporation - 4,564 (5,617) or 17.1%.

For internal control measures:

In accordance with the schedule approved by the order of the akim of the district dated December 28, 2020 No. 145 “On the appointment of internal control measures for the quality of the provision of public services”, internal control work was carried out in 9 out of 10 institutions. Of these, 1 institution:

1 (in the education department of the akimat of the Kordai region, internal control work was not carried out, since the education department of the akimat of the Kordai region was transferred to the education department of the akimat of the Zhambyl region) in this direction, by order of the akim of the district dated March 18, 2021 On December 28, 2020, N145 ө and the education department were removed from the plan.

In addition, by the order of the district akim dated December 8 of this year N106ө, a plan was approved for carrying out internal control measures over the quality of public services for 2022.
