Housing assistance is awarded to low-income families whose total income is below the subsistence level. It includes utility bills and the cost of maintaining housing rented from the public housing stock. For registration of housing assistance, you should contact the PSC and submit an application. You need to have an identity card, documents confirming family income, a certificate from the place of work or unemployed person and utility bills. Also, the public service can be obtained online on the egov.kz portal. In this case, you will need an EDS to sign an electronic application. The answer will be received within 8 working days in your personal account.
