The volume of construction works amounted to 28337.1 million tenge (2020 - 24579.3 million tenge), IFO -112.8%.

In 2021 , the following facilities were commissioned:

A 60-apartment residential building in the residential area "Batys" of the village of Kordai and 3 residential 60-apartment houses for employees of the Research Institute of PBB in the village.Guards (3045.8 million tenge); construction of 6 systems of engineering and communication infrastructure has been completed (construction of engineering infrastructure (water intake) for the construction of a residential building in the "Shygys-Soltustik" microdistrict, construction of engineering infrastructure for a 50-apartment residential building in the "Batys" microdistrict, construction of engineering infrastructure for 5-storey 60-apartment residential buildings No. 1, 2 of the "Batys" microdistrict, carrying out the main gas pipeline in the village.Guards, construction of a modular boiler-block providing heat to a sports and recreation complex.

Provision of the power grid of greenhouse complexes with engineering infrastructure on the territory of Kenen village, the project of connecting the greenhouse complex of GreenWill LLP of Kordai district to the power grid of Zhambyl Electric Networks LLP (647.4 million tenge);

Construction and commissioning of 2 Houses of Culture (Otar, Zhambyl) (448.2 million tenge);

the construction of 1 sports and recreation complex (Gvardeysky village) (413.2 million tenge) has been completed.

Moving objects for 2022:

- construction of 6 facilities (Kordai) (1319.1 million tenge);

-construction of the engineering infrastructure of the power supply line - 35 kV mkr. "Batys" village of Kordai(912.5 million tenge);

- construction of engineering infrastructure of 5-storey 60 apartment residential buildings No. 1,2 on Zhibek Zholy Street (112.0 million tenge);

-construction of 3 sports and recreation complexes (Sarybulak, Karasu, Karasai batyr villages) (636.2 million tenge).

-allocated 102.7 million tenge for the development and conduct of a non-departmental comprehensive examination of 14 PSAs.

A detailed plan for 15.5 million tenge is being prepared for 11 villages.

435.2 million tenge was allocated for the purchase of residential houses for low-income families, 16 residential 2-apartment single-storey houses, i.e. 32 apartments, were purchased in the village of Kordai (9) and in the village of Sortobe (7).
