Information on targeted social assistance and guaranteed social package

In 2021, 796.8 million tenge is provided for the payment of targeted social assistance (TSA) in the Kordai district for 1,387 families of 7622 people from them (RB-742.8 million tenge, MB- 54.0 million tenge).

To date, TSA has been assigned to 471 families in the Kordai district – 2,405 people in the amount of 52.5 million tenge, to date, targeted social assistance has been paid for 34.6 million tenge.

To provide a guaranteed social package for 2021, 119.1 million tenge is provided from the budget for 1546 children, 149.0 million tenge is provided for 3714 children to provide children with school uniforms from 6 to 18 years old.

To date, a guaranteed social package has been assigned to 653 children, totaling 10.4 million tenge.

As of March 25, 2021, 87 people from among the recipients of targeted social assistance were covered by active employment measures:

namely, 25 people were employed for permanent jobs, 41 people for paid public works, 4 people for social jobs, 17 people received a grant.

In 2021, 1.0 million tenge was provided for housing assistance in the district. To date, during the heating season, housing assistance has been assigned and paid to 22 families of 93 people in the amount of 405.1 thousand tenge.

In 2021, 20.3 million tenge is provided for payment to persons in difficult life situations, as well as to persons with socially significant diseases, of which OB - 13.2 million tenge, RB - 7.1 million tenge.

Since the beginning of the year, persons in difficult life situations, as well as persons with socially significant diseases, have been paid one-time, as well as periodic social assistance to 49 persons in the amount of 3.9 million tenge.

Implementation of the rehabilitation program for the disabled

The number of disabled people as of March 17, 2021 in the district is only 3572, including the number of disabled people of group 1 315, group 2 1385 people, group 3 1197 people, disabled children under 16 years 675 people, the number of disabled people  The Second World War and the participants of the Second World War are 3 people.

- 9346.0 thousand tenge was allocated to reimburse the costs of home schooling for children with disabilities and 3122.2 thousand tenge was paid for 192 children.

- 52 724.0 thousand tenge was allocated for hygiene products (30793.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the republican budget, 21931.0 thousand tenge was allocated from the local budget). The allocated funds provided 313 disabled people with diapers, colostomy bags and urinals.

- 51013.0 thousand tenge was allocated for individual assistants and sign language specialists. With the allocated funds, 188 disabled people of the 1st group were provided with the services of an individual assistant, 10 disabled people were provided with 1 sign language specialists;

- 13249.6 thousand tenge has been allocated for compensatory funds, and 150 disabled people are provided with compensatory funds for the allocated funds.

- 312 disabled people are provided with special social services at home, 47 of them receive services from recipients through the department of social services at home, and the remaining 265 services from recipients receive services through NGOs.

In 2021, 47 600.0 thousand tenge were allocated for Kordai district with one-time social assistance for memorable dates and holidays, namely:

- by the day of the withdrawal of Soviet troops from Afghanistan, 116 people received one-time social assistance totaling 11,250.0 thousand tenge;
