Detailed description of the maslikhat's activities

The state institution "The Apparatus of the Zaisan District Maslikhat" provides organizational, legal, logistical and other support to the Zaisan district Maslikhat and its bodies, assists deputies in exercising their powers. The founder of the state institution "The Apparatus of the Zaisan district Maslikhat" is the Zaisan district Maslikhat. The Maslikhat apparatus carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, Regulations of the district maslikhat and the Regulations of the Maslikhat.Regulations on the apparatus of the district maslikhat, its structure, the expenses for its maintenance and logistical support are approved by the Zaisan district maslikhat within the limits of the number and appropriations established by law.The maslikhat apparatus enters into civil relations on its own behalf. The maslikhat apparatus makes decisions on issues of its competence in accordance with the procedure established by law, issued by orders. The maslikhat apparatus acquires the status of a legal entity from the moment of its state registration. With the expiration of the term of office of the maslikhat, in cases of early termination of the powers of the maslikhat and the election of a new composition of its deputies, the activities of civil servants of the maslikhat apparatus do not cease. The activity of the maslikhat apparatus is carried out continuously.In case of early termination of the maslikhat's powers, the head of the maslikhat's office shall direct the activities of the maslikhat's office until the election of  the chairman of the maslikhat of the next convocation.
