Qualifying exam

The qualification examination is the initial stage in the selection of persons applying for a judicial position for the first time.

During the exam, the professional knowledge and skills of candidates are checked, the level of their qualifications is established, and the presence of moral and ethical qualities necessary for taking up a judicial position is determined.

The qualification exam is taken by candidates for judges at least 4 times a year, and its results, if successfully passed, are valid for 4 years.

1. Reception of documents
2. Admission of persons to pass the exam
3. Passing psychological testing
4. Testing for knowledge of legislation
5. Writing an essay
6. Solving case problems
7. Evaluation of essays and cases
8. Interview
9. Polygraph examination (by decision of the Council)
