The geo-information portal is designed to provide services to the public and businesses (issuing technical specifications) in electronic format. It allows you to organize the work of receiving documents, registering, providing services in remote mode without direct contact with the applicant, and also provides the submission of documents in electronic format using an electronic digital signature (EDS).

In addition, the geoportal hosts the module "Online assessment of the cadastral value of land plots". The module allows businesses and the public, local Executive bodies to get online information about the existing estimated cost, rental cost and land tax for a land plot, as well as configure the land plot of interest that has not yet been provided, calculate its estimated cost, the cost of rent and land tax, saving time and money. This project also has the function of eliminating corruption risks – the lack of contact between officials and the public, transparency in obtaining information.

There is a layer that reflects information about land auctions.

The geoportal also has a module - "Electronic land management project". It will allow you to automate the process of land management design. Integration with the AIS GZK database will allow you to create an up-to-date database of land management projects, significantly reduce the time and improve the quality of registration and issuance of land management documents and materials
