There are given following information bythe Department of Education of
Zaysan district for six months of 2020:
There are 27 schools in the district, among them 17 secondary, 8 basic secondary,
2 primary, 16 kindergartens, 2 out-of-school institutions of additional education. Preschool education makes up 92% of all children aged 1 to 5 years, 100% from 3 to 6 years.
In 2019-2020 Academic year 6367 students of the district have left school, showing 60 per cent of the quality of education. Among them 1486 excellent students, 2335 good students.
In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 1 2020 №123 "On strengthening the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 coronovirus infection in educational institutions during the pandemic" in the schools of the district, the educational program of the fourth quarter of the school year was conducted remotely and the final certification exams were canceled.
The number of those who received a certificate of basic secondary education is 494, about secondary education - 354, and 4 graduates graduated from evening school.
In the district schools, 31 graduates were awarded AltynBelgi, 27 graduates received a certificate of general secondary education of a special sample, 71 graduates received a certificate of secondary education of a special sample.
On June 4, a solemn ceremony was held dedicated to the graduates of the schools of the district.
In the district, the National Unified Testing was carried out twice: in January, in one flow and in June in four flows from 21 to 24. In January, 87.6% of school district students participated in testing and the average score in the district was 63.7.
In testing conducted in June, 334 graduates participated. This is 94.3% of all graduates. The average score is 76.3. This indicator exceeds the republican level by 12.3 points.
n order to ensure sanitary and hygienic requirements during UNT, 847,000 tenge were allocated from the local budget and the necessary equipment was purchased:
- 100 gloves and 1000 masks
- garbage bins, sanitizers, bactericidal irradiation means, disinfection barriers at the entrance
- tunnel disinfecting outerwear with disinfectant solutions
For the comprehensive and ongoing repair of 12 educational institutions of the district, 258 million 277 thousand funds were allocated, work is being carried out
(SS im M. Lomonosova, SS Kensai, SS Karatal, SS Amangeldy, SS Kazakhstan, SS Border, Music School, kindergartens "Baldyrgan", "Balgyn", SS Mukarama,
SS Zharsu, OS Ormanbetov).
According to the report of 6 months in the secondary school of Zharsu, the secondary school of Ormanbetov, the secondary school of Amangeldy, in the music school and in two kindergartens “Baldyrgan”, “Balgyn”, the current work was completely completed. 405,000 tenge were allocated for changing the heating boilers of secondary schools in Zharsu, Amangeldy, Gagarin.
For 1200000 tenge in the secondary school named after Gagarin, ongoing corrective work of the coal storage was carried out.
To connect a gas heating boiler to the Gagarin Secondary School, a budget document was drawn up by the district housing and communal department, this project passed a state examination. For gas heating of the secondary school in October, 7 million 190 thousand tenge were allocated and work is underway to connect gas heating. In Bikadam elementary school, secondary school Zhambyl, secondary school of Kazakhstan, work is being done to connect school boilers to gas heating.
In all 27 schools of the district, in accordance with the contingent of students, 100% internal toilets were installed. In 2019, this figure was only 7%.
In all educational institutions, landscaping is being carried out according to the landscape design month.
In order to provide students with free textbooks in 2020-2021
an agreement was concluded with 12 publications and the carrier party,
51 million 859 tenge was allocated for the purchase of textbooks for students in grade 11, moving to a new educational content.
Admission of children to the first grade is carried out in the VKO.DDO.KZ portal through an automated line.
As a result of the month of June, 63% of all children who must be registered are enrolled in the portal.
