The procedure for registration of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in need of housing from the state housing fund or housing rented by a local executive body in a private housing fund.
Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who need housing from the communal housing stock or housing rented by a local executive body in a private housing stock are registered as citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who permanently reside in this locality and belong to:
disabled people and participants of the Great Patriotic War;
orphans, children left without parental care;
Socially vulnerable segments of the population;
Civil servants, employees of budgetary organizations, military personnel, candidates for cosmonauts, cosmonauts and persons holding state elected positions;
Citizens whose only dwelling is recognized as an emergency in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1. The procedure for passing this service:
To register and prioritize citizens in need of housing from the public housing fund, the applicant submits an application to the Public Service Center, then the application with the collected documents is sent and submitted for consideration to the housing commission established under the akim of the district under the chairmanship of the deputy akim of the district. The Housing Commission, having considered the submitted documents, makes a decision on placing the applicant on the waiting list and notifies him in writing.

- application;
- a certificate on the composition of the family and the place of residence of a citizen (if necessary, the applicant provides a certificate from local executive bodies on the recognition of other persons as family members in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations";
- a certificate on the absence of the applicant and family members permanently residing with him of a dwelling belonging to them by right of ownership;
- a certificate from the social protection authority confirming that the applicant (family) belongs to socially protected citizens, or a certificate from the place of work (service) of a civil servant, an employee of a budgetary organization, a military man;
- a certificate from a public health institution on the presence of a family suffering from a severe form of the disease, granting the right to an additional living room (if there is such a patient in the family)
