1. General provisions.

1) Information about the service provider.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2023 No. 424, a new Ulken Naryn district was formed by seceding from the Katon-Karagai district. In the newly formed Ulken Naryn district, public services are provided by 6 akimats of rural districts and 7 independent departments.

  The provision of public services is one of the factors of reducing corruption by obtaining services through the electronic services portal.

2) Information about public services.

According to the Register approved by the Order of the Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 62/NK on February 17, 2025, 60 types and 109 subspecies of public services are provided by local executive bodies and subordinate organizations of the district.

By the end of 2024, the number of public services provided amounted to 378, including 0 in paper form without alternative. 

Of the 378 alternative public services provided:

– in paper form – 77 (20%);

– through the Government for Citizens Group of Companies - 21 (5.5%);

– in electronic format - 280 (74%).

2. Work with service recipients.

There are 6 self-service corners in the district on the basis of rural libraries and rural akimats, through which residents of settlements have the opportunity to receive services without traveling to the district center.

 The corners provide more than 170 types of government services, 46 types of payments and services available on the E-government portal. A total of 4,214 services were provided in 2024.

          Work is underway to raise the level of awareness of service recipients about the procedure for obtaining public services: seminars, round tables, briefings, conferences, fairs and other events to raise awareness of service recipients. In total, 25 events were held in 2024, covering a population of 700 people.

          The official Internet resource of the akimat of the district contains relevant regulatory legal acts, passports of public services, information on the procedure for their provision and appeal, reports on the work of local executive bodies for the provision of public services.

3. Quality control of public services.

Due to the formation of government agencies, no control measures were carried out in 2024.
