1. Public service: Registration of documents for social services in state and non-state medical and social institutions providing services at the expense of state budgetary funds.
List of documents:
- a written statement from the recipient of services, and for minors and incapacitated persons, a written statement from a legal representative (one of the parents, guardian, trustee) or a petition from a medical organization;
- The decision of the local executive body on the provision of special social services;
- the direction of the authorized body;
- A child's birth certificate or an identity card with an individual identification number (IIN);
In the absence of an IIN, a certificate of assignment of a taxpayer registration number and a social individual code is additionally provided.;
5. a copy of the disability certificate;
6. Medical card (according to the form);
7. a copy of an extract from the individual rehabilitation program for a disabled person;

3. referral of the authorized body (when providing special social services at the expense of budgetary funds);
4. A copy of the child's birth certificate or identity card;
5. a copy of the citizens' registration book or a certificate of residence;
6. A copy of the disability certificate (not required for the elderly);
7. Medical card (according to the form);
8. a copy of the extract from the individual rehabilitation program for the disabled (not required for the elderly);
9. for persons of retirement age – a copy of the pension certificate;

1. a written statement from one of the parents or a person replacing him;
2. a copy of the child's birth certificate;

4. a certificate on the need to raise or educate a disabled child at home, which is issued by the Interdepartmental Psychological, Medical and Pedagogical Commission (PMPC) at the regional department of Education;
5. a copy of the taxpayer registration number (RNN) of the child;
6. A copy of the applicant's identity card;
7. a copy of the citizens' registration book or a certificate of residence;

Online service to help parents of children with disabilities
Today, more than 69 thousand children with disabilities live in the country. To assist a family raising a disabled child, various types of social benefits are paid from the state budget, special social services are provided in inpatient and semi-stationary institutions, in home care.
At the same time, most parents are afraid to put the child in the hands of qualified specialists who can work with the child taking into account his individual characteristics, and independently serve their children at home. At the same time, the family cannot always afford to pay for the help of a qualified specialist to consult on the issues of raising a child, to choose the training program required for him. The development of a network of day care units has not affected all rural remote regions, which makes it difficult for parents to access the help, sometimes very necessary, of qualified specialists.
To assist parents in raising children with disabilities in terms of modernity and the availability of qualified specialists, an online support service is being opened to provide psychological assistance and consultations. The main task of the Service will be to preserve psychological health, create a favorable family climate and provide psychological support to people raising children with disabilities.The organization of the Service was initiated by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the State Pension Payment Center of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kazakh-Russian Medical University. The work of the Service will be organized using the capabilities of the Internet resource through the SKYPE software.

By Order No. 532 of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 17, 2016, administrative accounting forms were approved to provide information on in-demand specialties and vacant jobs.
According to the requirements of the order, approved forms are provided by all legal entities and individuals engaged in all types of economic activities, persons operating on a patent basis.
Individuals who do not employ employees on a permanent basis do not provide information about demanded specialties and projected jobs.
On the basis of the order, employers are required to provide reports on the forms:
1. Form 1-bpm is submitted by employers if there are available jobs (vacant positions) within 3 working days from the date of the vacancy. A report on the specified form is submitted by employers if there is a vacancy, in the absence of such information, the report is not submitted.
2. Form 1-forecast is provided by employers if there is information about the need for employees and specialists, twice a year as of April 1 and October 1 annually. A report on this form is submitted by employers if there is information about the need for employees and specialists, in the absence of such information, the report is not submitted.
Please note that Article 98 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses" dated July 5, 2014 No.235-V of the ZRK, provides for liability for failure to provide, untimely provision to the authorized body of information on the availability of vacant jobs (vacant positions) and entails a fine in the amount of ten monthly calculation indices, if repeated failure to provide entails a fine in the amount of twenty monthly calculation indices.
