About the next XVII session of the Ulan district maslikhat
On March 25, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., the regular XVII session of the Ulan district Maslikhat was held at the national media hosting "Aitube".
The following issues were considered at the session:
On the first issue of the agenda, a report "On the execution of the district budget for 2021" was made by Berdigozhaeva K.Ch and a co-report on this issue "On the results of control over the execution of the budget of the Ulan district for 2021" was made by a member of the audit commission for East Kazakhstan region Zharmukhambetov E.K.
The second issue on the agenda, the report "Report of the akim of Kamensk rural district on the performance of the functions and tasks assigned to him" was made by the akim of the Akramov district A.B. and the deputy of the district maslikhat Zinoviev S.A. made a co-report on this issue.
The third issue on the agenda, the report "On the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015-2025 by the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Ulan district" was made by the head of the department Kisembinov R.T.
On the first issue in the miscellaneous section, "On amendments to the decision of the Ulan district Maslikhat "On the budget of the Ulan district for 2022-2024" dated December 27, 2021 No. 96" was introduced by the head of the district Department of Economics and Budget Planning Akpanova A.B.
On various issues: 1) "On approval of the methodology for assessing the activities of administrative civil servants of the corps "B" of the state institution "Apparatus of the Ulan district Maslikhat"";
2) "On approval of the composition of the Public Council of the Ulan district";
3) "On amendments to Decision No. 7 of January 14, 2021 "On the election of the composition of the standing committees of the district maslikhat"";
4) "On approval of the composition and Regulations of the Ulan District Land Commission";
5) "On amendments to the decision of the Ulan district Maslikhat No. 372 dated April 22, 2020 "On the composition of the commission for consideration of documents for persons submitted for awarding state awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan"" was introduced by the Secretary of Maslikhatakalieva G. N.
The deputies voted unanimously on the draft decisions.
10 deputies took part in the regular session offline, which was 83 percent.
The session was attended by akim of the district Kurmambayev R. T., deputy akim of the district Okasov K. B., Kenzhetaeva L.K., Bolatkan R., acting chief of staff of akim of the district Raimbekova G., heads of independent departments, akims of rural districts and settlements.
