Assistance provided

Rescuers ПЧ-31 of Asubulak settlement of the Ulan district assisted a lonely elderly pensioner in repairing a heating furnace. The old chimney was replaced with a new one, cracks and crevices were covered up, and the wells were also cleaned of soot. In response to the assistance provided, rescuers received the gratitude of a pensioner.

For the safe passage of the heating season, the employees of the DES of the Ulan district remind of compliance with the fire safety rules:

- before the start of the heating season, check and repair the furnaces, as well as the chimney of the heating furnace;

- clean furnaces and chimneys from soot;

- install a metal sheet of at least 50x70 cm in size in front of the furnace furnace opening;

- cover up cracks and crevices;

- do not use the valve;

- do not dry combustible substances and materials in the surface of the furnace and chimney;
