Appeals are one of the important tools for government agencies to interact with individuals and legal entities. It is one of the most important institutions for the protection of individuals and legal entities of their rights, freedoms and legitimate interests.
In accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, every citizen has the right to participate in public administration and send appeals to the authorities.
The introduction of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Code) and "e-Otinish" helped to create an effective mechanism in this direction.
