About the epidemiological situation in the Ulan district

As of 08.10.2020, there were 401 cases of CVI in 30 localities in 16 districts, including: in the village of Kasym Kaisenov -112, Bozanbay district -52 (Bozanbay-51, Algabas-1), Ablaket district-55 (Sagyr-26, Mamay Batyr-20, Besterek- 6, Radiotek-4), Taurida-52 (Tavriya-42, Proletarka-6, Gagarino-4), Asūbulaq-35 (of which White Mountain-1), the Ust-Kamenogorsk-17 (don-16, East-1), Aiyrtau-20 (aiyrtau-10, Novo-Kanaika-10), Tolegen Todarovsky-13 (herasymivka-8, the Cossack-5), Almaty-11, Saratov -9 (Novo-Odessa-9, welcome-2, Saratovka-1), AGINSKY-9 (Ulanski-8, Zhanuzak-1), Targanski-6 (I. Aitykov-3, Santas-2, Targyn-1), Free-4, New-ASIC-3, Moth-1 .

Since October 1, 11 cases have been registered in the villages of Otradnoye, Novo-Kanayka, Ulan, Privolnoye, Izgutty Aitykova, Almasay and Kasym Kaisenov. 3 of them were hospitalized, the rest were assigned outpatient treatment. During the epidemiological investigation, a circle of contacts has been identified and they are under home quarantine.

After the easing of quarantine measures, there is a decrease in the alertness of part of the population to coronavirus infection, the mask regime is not observed even when visiting shops, organizations, and on buses. Failure to comply with quarantine measures may lead to an increase in the incidence of diseases and will have to enter a strict quarantine. I recommend that residents of the district: drink vitamins, wear masks correctly, wash their hands, keep a social distance, and do not hold mass events. If there are signs of an acute illness: isolate yourself from your loved ones, stay at home, and notify the medical institution.

At the moment, more than 96 % of patients have fully recovered. But we must be prepared for a deterioration of the situation.

Let me remind you that Kazakhstan is running a flu vaccination campaign. In order to avoid possible complications, children who are registered at a dispensary, children from orphanages, boarding schools, nursing homes, medical workers, pregnant women, and people over 65 years of age are subject to flu vaccination free of charge. All interested people can get vaccinated against the flu for a fee on request in their health centers. This method of prevention will not allow citizens to get sick during an unfavorable period. According to the head of the Center for strengthening public health of the Ministry of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh. Emberdiev influenza vaccination can facilitate the course of coronavirus infection.
