To date, two 40-apartment residential buildings are being built in the village of Kasym Kaysenov (buildings A and B) of the Ulan district of East Kazakhstan region, within the framework of the Nurly Zher program.
The customer is the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Ulan district".
The general contractor is DK Proekt LLP.
Author's supervision – VK Etna LLP;
Technical supervision – "Vse" LLP;
Construction and installation works have been completed by 55% (Foundation construction – 100%, bricklaying – 100%, roofing – 30%, facade cladding – 20%, electrics – 20%, floor installation – 40%)
Since 2021, a 320–seat school is being built in the village of Kasym Kaisenov, Ulan district East Kazakhstan Region. The customer is the State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of East Kazakhstan Region".
The general contractor is "QazConstructions" LLP.

To date, the bricklaying of the 2nd floor is being completed. The deadline for completion is December 2022.
In the village of Kasym Kaisenov, 9 semi–detached residential buildings are under construction (the area of one apartment is 85 sq.m.), a total of 1,530 square meters of housing will be commissioned (for reference: the foundations are filled in, bricklaying, roofing work, floor filling is underway. The deadline for the completion of houses is December 2022).
Private developer – Isabayeva Dinara Sailauovna (3 houses);
Private developer – Tyumenbayev Aslan Askarovich (6 houses).
Since 2020, water supply networks have been under construction in the village of Sagyr in the Ulan district of East Kazakhstan region. The customer is the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Ulan district".
The general contractor is Alash Qurylys QZ LLP.

Work is underway on strapping the pump, piping pipes to subscribers, fencing the water intake area. The completion date is November 2022.
Since 2021, 3 sports and recreation complexes have been under construction in the Ulan district (Bozanbai village, Tavrichesky village and Ayyrtau village). The customer is the State Institution "Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Planning of East Kazakhstan Region".

Construction and installation works were completed by 50% (Foundations were installed - 100%, MK frame – 100%, sandwich panels – 95%, floors – 20%, installation of window blocks - 20%, external water supply networks – 50%, electrics – 10%). The completion date is December 2022.
For reference: the building area is 1033.40 sq.m., the total area of the building is 1284.20 sq.m., the usable area is 1245.60 sq.m., the construction volume is 8695.70 cubic meters.m.). Work is underway on heating and installing windows;

To date, the work on filling the column cups has been completed, and the work on collecting fittings and formwork has also been completed. Preparatory work is underway to begin the construction of the metal structure. The completion date is December 2022.
