Sultangaliev Aman Khasenovich

Soltangaliev Aman Khasenovich was born on October 19, 1941 in the village of Saukat, Ulan district, East Kazakhstan region. In 1960, after graduating from high school, he entered the Ust-Kamenogorsk Pedagogical Institute and graduated from it in 1965. He began his career in 1965 at the Pushkin Secondary School in the village of Sagyr, Ulansky district. From 1965-1997 he worked as a senior educator, teacher, head of the Komsomol organization, school director, head of the primary party and trade union organization. Today, one of his students is a deputy of the Mazhilis, many teach at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School and hold high positions in various fields.

Aman Khasenovich connected his working life not only with pedagogy, but also engaged in active social activities. So, for 17 years he was the chairman of the election commission in the Ulan district, and for 24 years he worked in Ust-Kamenogorsk, thereby making a personal contribution to the election campaign.

In 2011, Nazna was the chairman of the Council of elders organized at the branch No. 1 of the "Center for Mass Sports" of the Akimat of the city.Ust-Kamenogorsk. Since 2017, he has been a member of the Regional Public Council.

For today, Aman Khasenovich composes bata wishes that have a traditional educational character. He published the book "Remembrance", which includes more than ten types of baht, wishes and information about the seven treasures and seven ancestors.

In 1985-1987, Aman Khasenovich was the winner of regional chess competitions three times, and to this day, being a member of the Council of elders, participates in chess competitions that require mathematical thinking.

Aman Hasenovich also contributed to the renaming of the regional mosque to Khalifa Altai, Karl Marx Avenue to Kazybek Bi Avenue.

For many years of fruitful work, he was awarded the jubilee medals "Astana 20 Zhyl", "Ulan audanyn 90 zhyldygy", the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the diplomas of the akim of the region and the district.

Thanks to his hard work and organizational skills, his work was positively evaluated by the leadership of the region.

By the decision of the II extraordinary session of the Ulan district Maslikhat of the VII convocation No. 11 dated 22.01.2021, the title "Honorary Citizen of the Ulan district" was awarded.
