Belikhin Ivan Vasilyevich

Ivan Vasilyevich Belikhin was born on April 14, 1948 in the village of Novy Koluton, Makinsky district, Akmola region. In 1971 he graduated from the Faculty of Agricultural Mechanization of the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute with a degree in Mechanical Engineer of Agriculture.

He began his career in 1966 as a driver of the Ostrogor state farm in Makinsky district of Aktobe region. In 1966-1971 he was a student of the Tselinograd Agricultural Institute.

In 1971-1973 he served in the Soviet Army.

From 1973 to 1981 he worked as the chief engineer of the Charsky District Department of Agriculture.

In 1981-1989, director of the state farm "Karasu" of the Charsky district of the Semipalatinsk region.

From 2009 to 2011 he worked as the akim of the village of Molodezhny, Ulansky district.
