Baysakov Alkhan Zeynelovich

Baysakov Alkhan Zeynelovich was born on January 14, 1954 in the village of Samarskoye, Samara district, East Kazakhstan region. After graduation, he studied at the Almaty Agricultural Institute, majoring in agronomism. Since the beginning of his career, he has worked in various industries, in the civil service.

Since 1999 he has held the position of deputy head of the farm "Soltanbek". In 2002, he created and headed the Zhainak farm. In 2004, he organized the Limited Partnership "KT Baisakov and K". These enterprises are engaged in crop production and animal husbandry.

Alkhan Baysakov has ensured a stable financial position of the enterprise, fulfills all obligations to the budget in a timely manner and in full, has no debts, pays wages to employees in a timely manner. New jobs are created at enterprises every year, which helps to reduce the unemployment rate. Meat products and feed are provided for their employees at reduced prices. Along with this, he skillfully organizes the rest of his employees and their children, employees at the expense of the organization go to sanatoriums and recreation centers.

In the winter season, the farm cleans the roads of villages in the Saratov rural district.

The farm headed by Alkhan Zeynelovich constantly participates in the fair of agricultural products in the regional center, where it sells products of its own production at discounted prices. Pays special attention to the participants and invalids of the Great Patriotic War. Low-income families, orphans, pensioners are regularly provided with financial assistance and also provides food. Provides financial assistance to strengthen the technical base of the school.

Alkhan Zeynelovich took an active part in the revival of the union of workers of the agro-industrial complex and the development of social partnership. On the 100th anniversary of the Samara region, Alkhan Zeynelovich was awarded the title of "Honorary Citizen of the Samara region". It is included in the book dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Ulan district, which reflects the path of development of the peasant economy.

By the decision of the XXIII session of the Ulan district Maslikhat of the VI convocation No. 130 dated 22.11.2017, the title "Honorary Citizen of the Ulan district" was awarded.
