Seisembina Nazigul Userovna

Seisembina Nazigul Userovna was born on May 7, 1956 in the village of Nikitinka, Ulan district. Nazigul Userovna began her career as a teacher at the Kordokovskaya elementary school of the Chapaevsky district of the Ural region, then worked as a carpenter at the Leninogorsk zinc plant, an electrolyzer at the Ust-Kamenogorsk lead-zinc plant, a freight forwarder-laboratory assistant at the Ust-Kamenogorsk Pedagogical Institute, then returned to her district and continued her work as a secretary-machinist, an accountant in the editorial office the district newspaper. Since 1990, she has held the positions of economist, chief economist, head of the district Department of Economics. In 1998-2011, Deputy Akim of Ulan district on social issues, in 2011-2012, head of the Department of Education of the East Kazakhstan region, in 2012 she was elected deputy and appointed secretary of the Ulan district Maslikhat.

Nazigul Userovna is characterized by high professional skills, outstanding organizational skills combined with a sense of great responsibility for the assigned task, high moral qualities. She did a lot of fundraising for charitable foundations. The district has repeatedly achieved high results in sports. The artistic collectives of the district were laureates of various competitions, rural clubs in remote villages resumed their work. As a competent and professionally savvy leader, she highlighted the main aspects of her work, skillfully established business cooperation with public associations. Thanks to her communicative abilities, the work on the campaign "Tugan Zherge tagzym" was successfully carried out in the district. She was able to rally the natives of the district and set them on a noble mission so that everyone could contribute to the development of the district. It was thanks to this work that a 450-seat mosque and a 400-seat stadium were built in the district center, memorial plaques were unveiled.

She was awarded the jubilee medal "Tauelsizdikke 20 zhyl", the badge "Ulan audany. Yerekshe enbegi ushin", the sign "Algys" for the contribution to the development of the historical, cultural and spiritual heritage of the peoples of East Kazakhstan.

By the decision of the VI session of the Ulan district Maslikhat of the VI convocation No. 32 dated 29.06.2016, the title "Honorary Citizen of the Ulan district" was awarded.
