Lysenko Anatoly Ivanovich

Anatoly Ivanovich Lysenko began his career in 1956 after graduating from school in Gagarino village of the Tavrichesky district as secretary of the Komsomol committee. After serving in the Armed Forces in Vladivostok, he returned to the district, where he worked as a secretary of the Komsomol committee of the Bagrationovsky state farm, an instructor of propaganda and agitation, chairman of the Tauride district Committee of People's Control, director of the Tauride Employment Center.

In 1963-1966 he was a student of the Higher Party School.

Since 2007, he has been a freelance adviser to the akim of the Ulan district of the East Kazakhstan region.

To date, he is a public adviser to the akim of the East Kazakhstan region.

Despite the fact that Anatoly Ivanovich has been on well-deserved rest since 2000, he takes an active part in the public life of the district, works closely with public formations.

He persistently promotes the policies and Messages of the Head of State. Knows all the problematic issues of the district, and also contributes to their resolution. bringing it to the leadership of the district and the region.

By the decision of the XXIV session of the Ulan district Maslikhat of the V convocation No. 185 dated 21.04.2014, the title "Honorary Citizen of the Ulan district" was awarded.
