The State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Roads of the Ulan District" is a State body of the Republic of Kazakhstan, exercises management in the sphere of housing and communal services, passenger transport and roads, as well as carries out State control in the field of housing stock in the territory of the Ulan District.
It carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan (On housing relations, On roads etc.) and acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other normative legal acts, as well as the Regulation. Provides public services on "registration and prioritization, as well as the decision of local executive bodies to provide housing to citizens in need of housing from the state housing stock or housing rented by the local executive body in the private housing stock, "Privatization of housing from the state housing stock" is unopposed, and is carried out through the "Government for Citizens" SC. There is no direct contact with the receiver. All competitive procedures are carried out through the public procurement portal.
