There is a club in the village of Ognevka, which has been in an emergency condition for more than 8 years in a row. The balance sheet holder of the building is KGP "Daryn".
All cultural events are held on the basis of the village's secondary school. Although a few years ago, a club room was allocated on the ground floor of the school with a separate entrance. Cosmetic repairs of the premises were carried out on their own, but the club was not put into operation due to problems with electricity connection.
The dismantling of the emergency building of the old club and the reclamation of the land is required.
The village has one library in the school. The book fund is secured.
In 2023, in order to perpetuate the memory of the participants of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, a Memorial of Glory to the Soldiers of the Great Patriotic War for a total of 3.6 million tenge was established at the expense of former and current residents
