Born on February 22, 1995, Kazakh by nationality, has higher education, in 2016 graduated from D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University (former D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University) majoring in Radio Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications.
Since 2018 - Master of Engineering and Technology.
Started her career in 2016 as a college teacher of technical disciplines at the Technical and Economic College.
From 2018, worked as an expert of Analytical Department of Information Technologies Center of Akim's Office of East Kazakhstan region;
In 2019-2020 - an expert-administrator of the website of the regional akim of Information Technologies Department of Akim's Office of East Kazakhstan region;
From December, 2020 - a chief exert of Digitalization Development Department of Digitalization and Archives Administration of East Kazakhstan region;
Since October 2021, was appointed Head of Information Department of Digitalization and Archives Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
