The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of East Kazakhstan region carries out the function of conducting public hearings on projects subject to state environmental review. This function implements the principle of universal access of the population to environmental information, according to the Environmental Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Articles 57, 57-1, 57-2).

Under the heading "Public hearings" you can find the "Rules for holding public hearings", with the projects for which the hearing is planned, the place and time of the hearing are indicated. Everyone can take part, express their opinion. Also in this section are the minutes of public hearings.
