In pursuance of the address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan on October 5, 2018 "increasing the welfare of Kazakhstanis: increasing income and quality of life", the project "Shygys – adaldyq alany" is being implemented aimed at eliminating domestic corruption in all spheres of public life. Our goal is to create comfortable conditions for the provision of public services for citizens, increase the General rejection of corruption and increase the confidence of citizens in the institutions of state power.
To create comfortable conditions for service recipients and improve digital literacy of citizens, the Shemonaiha – adaldyq alany project office operates in the building of the akimat of the Shemonaiha district.its principle is to consolidate state bodies that provide public services in one place, which allows working closely with citizens and enabling the population to receive public services in one building, without searching for departments located in different addresses of the city. A self-service corner is organized.
Anti – corruption is the most important area of work of all state bodies. But this issue will not be resolved if the public is not involved, if we do not address the causes of bribery, lobbying for private interests, and abuse of official position. To ensure transparency in the fight against corruption, the akimat of the shemonaikhinsky district constantly conducts information work with the population on measures aimed at preventing corruption offenses, "hotlines" operate in state institutions of the district, information stands and boxes for letters and appeals of individuals and legal entities are placed
