As part of the International Investment Forum "Altai Invest–2025," participants will have the opportunity to discuss mechanisms for implementing investment initiatives, as well as prospects for creating joint business ideas in the territory of East Kazakhstan.
The forum program includes B2B meetings on current issues, an exhibition of investment projects in the fields of industry, agriculture, energy, and tourism, a plenary session, panel discussions, as well as the signing of memorandums and agreements.
Forum Objective:
The purpose of the forum is to comprehensively present the investment and export potential of the East Kazakhstan Region, discuss mechanisms for implementing joint projects, identify new growth points in key economic sectors, and promote the region as a reliable and attractive partner on the international stage.
Forum Tasks:
Create favorable conditions for establishing mutually beneficial economic relations and strengthening friendly partnership ties through the implementation of joint initiatives and the development of institutional dialogue.
Expand international, interregional, and cross-border investment cooperation, stimulate the growth of direct investments, and develop mutual tourism exchange.
Strengthen trade and economic ties, as well as create a favorable environment for developing transport and logistics partnerships, including increasing transit transportation volumes and integration into regional transport corridors.

The Department for the Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of the East Kazakhstan region informs employers about the need to apply for the need for foreign labor for 2025.
Requirements:
1) the application is submitted in the form in accordance with Annex 1 to the Rules for establishing a quota for attracting foreign labor to the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 30, 2023 No. 274;
2) the application must be sent with a properly executed cover letter (outgoing number, certified by the signature of the manager and seals, contact details indicating the responsible person, phone numbers and e-mail addresses);
3) contain a detailed description in the application form of the justification for the need to attract foreign labor;
4) the application must specify the type of economic activity with a 5-digit code (for example: mining and processing of copper ore - 07292);
5) the application is submitted in the state and Russian languages;
Application deadline: until 18.30 on September 30, 2024.

One of the areas of work of the Ethics Commissioner is to promote self-education and the development of professional skills of civil servants. To this end, as part of the implementation of the "Ozinnen Basta" subprogram of the "Rukhani Zhangyru" program, it is planned to organize meetings of employees of the Department of Internal Policy with well-known and authoritative personalities of the region on the topic "My Success Story".
On May 28, this year, the Department of Internal Policy held such a meeting. Employees of the department met with Aitkazy Seitovich Sherubayev, who was born and raised in a remote village, in a simple family, passed all the stages of public service, successfully held senior positions for many years, was an example for many, and today is the head of the regional council of veterans.
Aitkazy Seitovich told the youth of the department about his childhood, student years, and how he entered the Karaganda Technological Institute. An interesting story about how he created a family, where the path of service began, how he came to public service.
Answering the questions asked by the youth of the department, he shared his experience about the peculiarities of public service, about the ability to persistently overcome the difficulties that arise in work and life. He gave advice to young people in order to achieve success, it is necessary to be able to overcome difficulties.
