In the 2022-2023 academic year, there are 19 schools in the Samar district, 1 children's art school, 1 kindergarten. Among the 19 schools: 10 secondary schools, 7 primary schools, 2 primary schools. Of these, 3 schools are full-fledged, 16 are small schools. There are 5 schools with Kazakh as the language of instruction, 3 schools with Russian as the language of instruction, 11 mixed schools.
There are 304 students in the children's art school, 234 children in the kindergarten "Danshik", 283 children in 11 minicentres, 147 students in preschool groups, 1751 students in grades 1-11. Graduates of the 11th grade – 76. The number of applicants for Altyn Belgi is 11.
The number of children with special needs in the district is 43. Certificates of mental retardation have been issued. In order to comply with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" and on the basis of statements from educational organizations, as well as relevant certificates of the VCC, conclusions and recommendations of the PMPC, 11 students study at home.
In total, 76 educators and 365 teachers work in the district. The highest category is 4, the first category is 15, the second category is 13, the master teacher is 3, the research teacher is 83, the expert teacher is 87, the moderator teacher is 67, the teacher is 14, without a category is 109, the qualitative composition of teachers in the district is 49%. 337 teachers with higher education, 58 teachers with secondary education. In the 2022-2023 academic year, 13 young specialists were hired in the district. Currently, 23 pensioners are working.
In the first half of the year, the quality of education in the district is 55%. The quality of education in natural and mathematical cycles is 69.3%, in humanitarian cycles - 76.5%. There are no students who missed classes without good reason.
There are 4 students registered in the district, 1 student is registered in the IDN. There were no cases of suicide or early pregnancy.
In the district, 80 out of 100% of students are enrolled in school clubs and sections.м
