In this regard, I propose a report on the socio-economic development of our rural district for 11 months of 2023, as well as on the action plan
Bastushinsky rural district is located 24 kilometers from the regional center. The area of the land plot is 29,735 hectares. The number of households in the area is 256. The population is 963 people. including the economically active population - 510 people, children under 16 years old - 224.
In 2023, 8 babies were born.
Agriculture:
As of July 1, 2023, 4,401 heads of cattle, 7,689 sheep and goats, and 3,005 horses were registered in the district.
In 2023, 60 farms and 14 private entrepreneurs were registered in the district. There is 1 feedlot.
Two farms (E. Dyusupova, B. Rapekova) are engaged in livestock breeding.
Land relations:
The size of agricultural land in the rural district is 27,514 hectares, arable land - 12,318 hectares, meadows - 1,490 hectares, pastures - 11,696 hectares. Of these: cultivated grain crops - 4333 hectares, oilseeds - 3557 hectares, fodder crops - 933 hectares.
Tax:
The number of land and property tax payers in the region is 232 people.
Transport tax payers – 162 people.
The amount of tax revenues planned for 2023 is 2,200,000 tenge, the actual amount is 4,628,838,000 tenge. Additional income in the amount of 2 million 400 thousand tenge was generated due to tax payments from payers and owners of tractors who have debts on transport tax and taxes on individual entrepreneurs and farms.
2 schools educate students in the rural district:
- "Secondary school named after Abai", number of students - 104, 22 teachers, 4 tutors; 27 children in the small center, 11 children in the preschool group.
- 24 teachers taught 51 students in Kokjota secondary school.
15 children in the small center, 8 children in the preschool group.
This year, 14 students graduated from two educational institutions, 3 students were awarded the Golden Label. 30 students from low-income families were provided with free hot meals at the expense of the general education fund.
Culture:
In the Bastaushinsky rural district, the festive event “Az-Nauryz”, dedicated to the Great Ulys Day - March 22, was celebrated on a large scale. National games, kettlebell lifting, sack races, ram raising, arm wrestling, Thai competitions and many other games were organized on the territory of the Bastushi village mosque. The sponsor of the sports games is Nurgazin Timur Toktarbekuly, head of the Nurgazin farm.
In the village of Kokzhota, the Nauryz holiday was widely celebrated in an equestrian school called “Nauryz-holiday”. National games, competitions in weightlifting, sacks, arm wrestling and many other games were organized. The sponsors of the sports games are residents of the village of Kokzhota and natives of the village.
On May 27, at the Zhambyl secondary school in the village of Kokzhota, a regional open tournament was held among teenagers born in 2009-2010, younger teenagers born in 2011-2012 and girls born in 2009-2010. Teams from the cities of Ridder, Oskemen, Abay district, Kokpektinsky district, Samara district and the village of Kokzhota competed in 19 weight categories. The sponsor of the competition is residents of the village of Kokzhota and natives of the village. A tatami (carpet) for DZUDO wrestling was brought to the Kokzhot secondary school at the expense of residents of the village of Daryn Akhmadiev and Mukhambetov Altai.
Under the auspices of the akim of the Bastaushinsky rural district, an event dedicated to International Women's Day - Nauryz 8 was organized in the club building. Elderly grandmothers of the village of Kokzhota and Bastushi, village residents were invited to the event, a festive table was set and a concert program was presented.
June 1 - International Children's Day was celebrated on the football field in the village of Bastaushi with artificial turf. The sponsor was a village resident and the head of the farm, Askar Akhmetkaliev.
On the occasion of October 1, the International Day of Older Persons, in the Bastaushinsky rural district, during the organization of the administration, a festive table entitled “My old people are my precious treasure” was set in the meeting hall of the mosque. The sponsor of the event is Kudaibergenov Rishat Kartaiuly, a village resident, head of the Kudaibergenov peasant farm.
4 residents were involved in paid public works, 1 young man was involved in the “Zhasyl El” program, aimed at improving and beautifying the area. Young people with a clear civic position actively participate in the public life of the village.
The main house of the village mosque was supported by residents and natives of the village, a fire boiler for the mosque was installed, an internal heating system was built, a shed for firewood and coal, a dishwasher and a high-power gas stove were built. were installed in the dining room. With the support of the village natives, it is supplemented with the necessary equipment.
At the same time, lamp posts were installed on the football field of the village of Bastaushi with the support of residents and natives of the village.
The inscription on the entrance arch to the village of Bastushki was updated and illuminated with funds from the Nurgazin farm.
The socio-political situation in the region is stable. The Council of Elders and the Women's Council, which have their own fundamental opinions on social phenomena, are actively working to strengthen harmony and unity. The Council of Elders and the Council of Women jointly discuss and promote the annual Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. Tokayev, calling for disciplinary liability of citizens who violate
the well-being of the family in the village, discuss a plan of events that will be held in the area, revive sports and cultural activities, discuss issues of improvement of the village.
Wise people who say: “If you do charity, you will see charity.” One of the best things a person can do in life is to care for those in need.
On the Day of Elderly People, May 9, on the eve of the Nauryz holiday, the district akim learns about the situation of rural elders and people with disabilities, congratulates them on the holiday, and presents gifts. Donations were made by private entrepreneurs, SGOP LLP and the district branch of the Amanat party.
Those who led the youth did not stay away from the life of the village, preserved family values, and directed them to good deeds: Gabitov Shaharbek, Kangulova Gulzhanat, Kudaibergenov Mukhametkazy, Kudaibergenov Rishad, Akhmetkaliev Askar, Binazarov Yesimkhan, Bikatov Kanat, Nurgazin Timur and others. I thank my fellow villagers.
Landscape design
In 2023, as part of the program for the improvement of district settlements, further improvement of the district's settlements is being carried out at the expense of local budget funds for improvement in 2023 (in the amount of 500 thousand tenge).
- In order to improve Abai Street, Bastaushi village, whitewashing and painting of lampposts were carried out.
- the artificial turf of the football field was burned and laid at the expense of the local budget (3,500,000 tenge) of the village of Bastaushi;
- planning work was carried out on the Bastushi-Kokzhota highway;
- a major overhaul of the medical center was carried out in the village of Kokzhota (amount of 27 million tenge);
- The branches blocking the light columns were trimmed;
- Lamp poles in the Bastushinsky rural district were completely replaced (55 pcs.).
- At the Abay secondary school, the small center switched to a full work schedule
- Private entrepreneur Almash Bakyrbaeva purchased 14 heads of cattle in order to expand her business by 2.5 percent in order to develop livestock farming within the framework of the Auyl Amanaty project, a resident of the village Kanat Karmenov purchased 6 heads of bulls.
- An additional 1,500 hectares of pasture land were returned to the Bastushinsky rural district. (Matak section).
Reconstruction work planned for 2024:
1. We are planning asphalting for the installation of lamp posts in the village of Bastushi;
2. It is planned to pave the streets of Abai, Gabduali Rakhanov, Tole bi, Ryskulova in the village of Bastushi;
3. We plan to carry out a major overhaul of the Bastushi rural medical clinic;
4. We have plans to build a small football field in the village of Kokzhota;
5. We plan to install lamp posts in the village of Kokzhota;
6. We are planning to pave the streets of Kabanbay, Zhubandyk Bolganbayev, Kokzhota village;
As of today, design and estimate documentation for the planned work is ready; after funds are allocated from the appropriate places, an agreement will be drawn up with the institutions carrying out the work.
