Yurt – a noble heritage!

In the Central City Library named after N. V. Gogol, as part of the literary and ethnographic program "Dastur", a slide program "Yurt – a noble heritage!" was held. Based on the ethno-cultural content of the program, librarians aim to expand students' understanding of the traditional dwelling of nomadic peoples-the yurt, to foster respect for folk customs and traditions. With the help of colorful slides, the participants got acquainted with the structure of the yurt, with the meaning of each element, with the interior of the yurt, with the bulls of the Kazakh people associated with the yurt.
