In the first quarter of 2022, 190 appeals were registered to the akim's office and independent departments, (for the same period of 2021 -276), of which: applications -125, complaints - 7, proposals - 24, others (messages, request, response) - 34. 169 have been reviewed, 138 of them have been adopted - favorable administrative acts, 8 burdensome, -8 have been terminated, 1 has been extended for consideration, 14 have been redirected to other state bodies, there are no violations of the terms of consideration of appeals.
The mayor of the city of Ridder held 3 receptions of citizens on personal issues, 29 people were accepted.
Since 07/23/2021, in addition to organizing a personal reception of citizens, in order to promptly resolve everyday issues of the population, deputy akims and heads of independent departments have organized visiting receptions of citizens. At the moment, 219 exit receptions of citizens have been carried out, 287 people have been accepted, 62 have been decided positively, 210 have been clarified during the reception, 15 are under consideration.
During the reporting period, 3 appeals were received from the Public Reception of the Akim of the East Kazakhstan region (2021-7), 38 appeals were received through the e-Government Portal (2021-21).
