Public hearings are a form of implementation by public organizations of their projects and desires on a particular topic. All public hearings, the rules of which are prescribed in the legislation, are held only in accordance with the country's code. The main purpose of such hearings is to propose a project on the topic on which the event is being held, discuss this topic and the possibility of further implementation of the given project. All participants in the hearing must be registered and recorded in the minutes of the public hearing.
